Banana poppyseed porridge aka Mohnige Banane

Poppyseed porridge is one in all my favorites. I added banana as a pure sweetener. Each matched simply superb collectively. It’s tremendous scrumptious 😋

Porridge:

1/2 banana
20g floor poppy seeds
20g oats
150ml milk of alternative

Topping:

1/2 banana
blueberries
self-made granola
walnut

1. Mash the banana. Mix milk and floor poppy seeds and the mashed banana in a saucepan.
2. Let it simmer on a medium warmth for about Three minutes.
3. Add the oats and let it simmer for one more Three minutes.
4. Consistency must be wealthy and creamy.

20g gemahlener Mohn
20gHaferflocken
150ml Milch deiner Wahl

Topping:

1/2 Banane
Heidelbeeren
selbstgemachtes granola
Walnüsse

1. Die Banane mit einer Gabel zerdrücken. Milch, die Banane und den gemahlenen Mohn in einem Topf verrühren.
2. Auf mittlerer Hitze für Three Minuten kochen.
3. Haferflocken hinzufügen und für weitere Three Minuten kochen.
4. Die Konsistenz sollte cremig sein.
