Carrot Cake Banana Bread
Carrot cake is considered one of my absolute favourite desserts! Having an excuse to have it for breakfast? I am throughout that! That is the place this Carrot Cake Banana Bread steps in! So scrumptious, moist, and solely four WW 💙 factors per slice!!

INGREDIENTS
2 mashed bananas
3/four cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
1/four cup melted coconut oil
half cup plant based mostly milk
2 cups entire wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

1/four tsp ginger
1 cup finely chopped or shredded carrots
Unsweetened shredded coconut for topping
Raisins for topping
1.5 tbsp white chocolate chips for topping

Combine collectively bananas, sugar, eggs, oil and milk. Put aside.
In a separate bowl combine collectively flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and ginger.

Put together Three mini loaf pans with non stick spray. Evenly distribute batter into pans.
Sprinkle some shredded coconut over the tops and press down a bit of into the batter. Sprinkle some raisins over the loaves as effectively. Additionally press them down.
