Spirulina in a single day oats

I like in a single day oats. You haven’t any excuse of not having sufficient time to eat one thing wholesome. Getting ready in a single day oats takes solely 5 minutes.

Elements:
40g oats
1TL spirulina powder
100ml oatmilk
40g frozen raspberries

Mix all elements and refrigerate it over evening in a mason jar.

40g Haferflocken
1TL Spirulina Pulver
100ml Hafermilch
40g gefrorene Himbeeren

Alle Zutaten zusammenrühren und über Nacht in den Kühlschrank stellen.
