☀️The very best summer season salad☀️

Weekends up on the cottage name for some enjoyable summer season salads 🤩. Final night time I ready this Center Japanese-inspired salad from lcbofoodanddrink and it was a success! This salad was SO straightforward to make. It is refreshing, wholesome, and incorporates quite a lot of greens and vibrant heirloom tomatoes 🍅🥒🌶.

INGREDIENTS (serves 4-6):
★ 1 lb (455 g) blended tomatoes, halved
★ 2/Three English cucumber, chopped
★ 1 bell pepper, chopped
★ 1/Three cup sliced pink onion
★ 2 sliced inexperienced onions
★ 1/Four cup chopped mint
★ 1 cup pita chips
★ 1 cup hummus
★ Three Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
★ 2 Tbsp pink wine vinegar
★ salt & pepper to style

INSTRUCTIONS:
1️⃣ Place greens in a big mixing bowl with inexperienced onions, pink onions, and mint.
2️⃣ Drizzle greens with oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Gently stir damaged pita chip items into the salad. Combine completely.
4️⃣ Unfold hummus on the underside of the serving platter.
5️⃣ Mount the salad on high of the hummus and serve!

TIP: I served this Center Japanese salad with some longosmarkets baked falafel balls and it made for a scrumptious and satisfying meal!
