This wholesome, Vegan Lentil & Candy Potato Curry is a flavourful mix of pink lentils, tomatoes, ginger, and different Indian spices made in a single pot and prepared in about 30 minutes! 🤍🍛

INGREDIENTS:
★ 3/Four cup pink lentils
★ 2 candy potatoes, chopped
