Vegan Champagne Cupcakes 🥂
In honor of Nationwide Drink Wine Day, I made these yummy Champagne Cupcakes! We will depend Champagne as wine proper? They’re vegan and make an ideal dessert paired along with your favourite glass of Champagne!

3/four cup brut Champagne

half of cup almond milk
half of tbsp apple cider vinegar
half of tbsp vanilla
1/four cup coconut oil (melted)

half of cup almond flour

half of tsp baking powder
1/four tsp baking soda
1/four tsp salt

Champagne frosting
1/four cup coconut oil
3/four cup powdered sugar
Sprint of salt
1 tbsp Champagne
